Murmur is a contemporary fairytale about the relationship between a single mother and her autistic daughter, as they face the challenges of social expectations while coming to terms with their own needs. Evie’s eleventh birthday arrives and a difficult decision has to be made, yet an incident at school only confuses matters.
Starring Bronagh Waugh, Mark Lewis Jones, introducing Sienna Daly, and featuring the voice of Chris Packham. Directed by Simon Smith, written by Temi Oh, produced by Ed Feilden. Production design by Mariya Evtimova, Make-up and Prosthetic design by Sophie Gia Moore.
